Glass Sphere Additives
Hollow glass ball is a low density, hollow, chemically stable glass sphere with loose white powder appearance.
Product Characteristics
1) Low density: Hollow glass balls of different product specifications have different product densities, usually between 0.15-0.60 g/cm3;
2) Hollow micro-spheres: the diameter of hollow glass spheres is between 10-250 microns, the larger the diameter, the higher the hollow rate, easy to flow, low viscosity;
3) chemically stable: the main component of hollow glass spheres is borosilicate, an inert chemical product. Hollow glass spheres have good heat insulation, flame retardant, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance

Hollow glass spheres can be used to make maintenance coatings, powder coatings, coiled steel coatings, primers, architectural coatings, and industrial products such as adhesive cements and gray paints.
1) Hollow glass spheres are hollow microspheres that have the smallest surface area and low oil absorption value compared to other shapes of the same volume. The use of hollow glass spheres for coatings/paints reduces the amount of resins, VOCs and other products used, has a high solids content and saves production costs.
2) The hollow glass spheres roll over each other, have a pure white appearance, are easy to color, and the low viscosity of the hollow glass spheres eliminates the high viscosity problems associated with the use of other matting agents. Using hollow glass ball made of paint/painting products are not easy to stick other dust, good fluidity, products, color and luster uniformity, opaque.
3) Hollow glass ball is chemically stable, not easy to produce chemical reaction with other substances. The use of hollow glass balls to make paint/painting products can realize that high temperature is not easy to dissolve, high pressure is not easy to break, storage is not easy to corrode, and does not have any risk of flammable and explosive.
