Organo clay Bentonite,Poor thixotropy is a problem encountered by many ink manufacturers. The thixotropy problem can be fundamentally solved after using organic bentonite.

Usually our users will experience foaming when producing ink, or due to the ink before curing, there are also cases where the ink will stratify or settle after being stored for a few months. This series of problems can be fully solved by organic bentonite in ink production to avoid these problems.

When our Japanese user produced ink, we gave him some professional technical suggestions, which solved the thixotropy of the ink during the production process. We premixed 0.1% zinc oxide, and the shear recovery speed was shortened from 8 seconds to two seconds.Replacing some imported additives with 15% organic bentonite can reduce the cost by 1,000 yuan per ton, which is a great attraction for ink manufacturers.
After using organic bentonite, the viscosity is greater than 15,000cP under low shear conditions, and the viscosity reaches 1000cP under high shear conditions.
According to the gravure/flexographic/screen printing process display, we have models with organic bentonite added for you to use.
