Organic bentonite for Oil Well

Organic bentonite has been used in drilling mud fluids for many years. When the temperature at the bottom of the well exceeds 200℃, looking for an organic bentonite with high temperature stability will be an optimal solution.

Our high temperature resistant organic bentonite, its quaternary ammonia salt modified layer spacing is greater than or equal to 4.2nm, while the conventional conventional organic bentonite is only between 2:30 ~ 3.5nm. At the same time, its compatibility advantage is very obvious, such as with sulfonated asphalt nano-blocking agent can have good compatibility.

We have found through testing that high temperature organic bentonite has a positive effect in terms of high temperature suspending power, API filtration loss.
