Organoclay Filter
Organoclay Filter: In the process of oilfield mining and production operations, it is particularly easy to produce a large amount of wastewater, which is very polluting to the environment. Therefore, we usually apply organic bentonite to the wastewater treatment of these oilfields.
We use the adsorption capacity of organic bentonite CLAY to adsorb some heavy metals and some residues in the oilfield wastewater, including some other impurities floating in the wastewater.
Usually these impurities dissolved in water are extremely toxic to the human body, and their stable chemical properties make it very difficult to degrade.
As a granular medium, our organic bentonite CP200 has unique properties and structure, which makes it play a strong adsorption capacity in the treatment of oilfield wastewater.
With its huge surface area and special chemical properties, we closely combine our organic bentonite CP200 with other molecules, and through the dual effects of physics and chemistry, we can separate and filter some pollutants in the wastewater.
This is obvious in the treatment of oilfield wastewater after using our organic bentonite CP200.
Organoclay Filter
Our organic bentonite is used as an organic filter medium. It has very strong permeability and is stable with other chemical additives. At the same time, it is an overall covering technology, so it is particularly suitable for wastewater treatment pools in oil fields.

- ORGANOCLAY CP-200 is specially formulated for use in the following applications:
- Organophilic Filtration Media: as flow through medla for treating groundwater and leachate.
- ORGANOCLAY Bulk Capping: provides subaqueous chemical isolation of contaminated sediment NAPL seeps in waterways.
- Permeable reactive barrier.
- Solidification/Stabilization additive: improves hydraulic and leachability performance of pozzolanic mixes by adsorbing NAPL and dissolved low solubility organics.
