For operators prioritizing sustainability without compromising performance, our organoclay-enhanced diesel fluids offer a dual advantage.
The premium bentonite base provides superior filtration control, sealing microfractures to protect reservoir integrity while allowing efficient gas migration. Diesel’s role as a carrier fluid ensures low water content, reducing corrosion risks and enabling safe use in water-sensitive formations.
Beyond environmental benefits, the system’s simplicity shines—organic clay activates without polar additives, streamlining logistics and cutting costs. Synergistic with emulsifiers and fluid loss agents, it adapts to diverse drilling challenges, from urban construction projects to remote offshore fields. By balancing lubricity, stability, and eco-friendliness, this innovation proves that cutting-edge fluid technology can align with both operational efficiency and environmental stewardship.
Organophilic Clay is an easy dispersing, self activating organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel, low aromatic mineral oil, modified vegetable oil and synthetic base fluid formulation. Organoclay CP-150 unique rheological structure suspends weighting materials and other solids with less increase in viscosity and gel strength than conventional bentonite. Rheology modifiers are highly effective in distillate and mineral oil-based invert fluids.
