In low-temperature performance testing, the starting torque at -30°C is 25% lower than that of traditional lithium-based grease, meeting the starting requirements of construction machinery in cold regions; In high-temperature stability tests, the evaporation loss rate at 180°C is only 5%, significantly lower than the 15% level of traditional products, making it suitable for high-temperature components such as engine and kiln bearings.

This wide temperature range is attributed to the dual role of organic bentonite: at low temperatures, the flexibility of the organic chains ensures the grease does not harden, while at high temperatures, intermolecular forces maintain the stability of the gel structure.

After adopting this lubricant, a cold-region oilfield achieved a winter equipment startup success rate of 100% (up from 70%), while also withstanding summer temperatures exceeding 40°C, enabling year-round use without lubricant replacement.
